We are a small soup stock manufacturing company located in Kadoma City, Osaka, which has been in business for 50 years. We make our soup stock by hand using carefully selected domestic ingredients. By deliberately cutting the ingredients roughly, we can create a soup stock with a strong flavor and aroma.
