【raw materials】

Flavor seasonings (sardine flakes, sardine flakes, mackerel flakes, bonito flakes, kelp, shiitake mushrooms), salt, sugar, powdered soy sauce, dextrin, seasonings (amino acids, etc.) (some of the raw materials include wheat, Contains soybeans and mackerel

[How to use]

①Pour water into a pot.

*Amount of water (about 300ml for 8g)

②Put the dashi pack into a pot filled with water.

(In this example, assume that 8g is put in a bag.)

③ Close the lid and bring to a boil. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low.

④ Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. (5 minutes is enough.)

⑤ Turn off the heat and let it steam for about 5 minutes. (You don't have to steam it)

★You can also use a dashi pot!

    友人に勧めてもらって使い始めて、もう十数年になります。大変美味しくて手軽にお店の味になります。大阪にいる時は直接店舗に購入しに行った事もあります。家でうどんを作っているとご近所さんに「いいお出汁の匂いがするねんけど…」と言われその方の分も購入してこともあります。姉や知人にも広めています。今は地方に移住しているのでネットで購入していますが送料が掛かるので、まとめ買いをして冷凍う保存しています。本当に主婦の口コミは確かだと思います。ウェブページもお洒落になりましたね。さすがにこのご時世では多少の値上げも仕方ありません。これからの寒い季節はうどんに煮物、お鍋と欠かせないお出汁だと思います。これからもずっとリピートします。
