*This is not a soup stock pack. This is a product that the customer must pack or filter by themselves.

*Some customers may put the soup stock directly into the pot and enjoy it as is.

(The product can be eaten as is, but there are fish bones etc. In that case, you will be responsible for your own risk.)

*Please store in the refrigerator or a cool place.

【Example of use】

Due to the delicate nature of the soup stock, it is necessary to adjust the taste with seasonings. It is a masterpiece that is perfect for soups and dishes that bring out the flavor of the ingredients to the utmost.

[How to use]

①Pour water into a pot.

*Amount of water (about 300ml for 8g)

②Put the dashi pack into a pot filled with water.

(In this example, assume that 8g is put in a bag.)

③ Close the lid and bring to a boil. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low.

④ Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. (5 minutes is enough.)

⑤ Turn off the heat and let it steam for about 5 minutes. (You don't have to steam it)

★You can also use a dashi pot!
