This is the authentic white soup stock sought by professionals.

It is characterized by its mellow and gentle taste, made with fish flakes from Ushibuka, Kyushu, and makonbu from Hokkaido. It can be used in a wide variety of ways, including blending liquid dashi and white dashi.

*This is not a soup stock pack. This is a product that the customer must pack or filter by themselves.

*Some customers may put the soup stock directly into the pot and enjoy it as is.

(The product can be eaten as is, but there are fish bones etc. In that case, you will be responsible for your own risk.)

*Can be used up to 2nd stock.

【raw materials】

Flavor seasonings (takakuchi sardine flakes, sardine flakes, mackerel flakes, bonito flakes, kelp) glucose. Salt, seasonings (amino acids, etc.) (some of the raw materials include mackerel)

【Example of use】

This soup stock is gentle yet has a strong flavor. It goes great with miso. You can easily create dishes where you can feel the flavor of the soup stock deep within the flavor of miso.

★ Store in the refrigerator or a cool place.

[How to use]

①Pour water into a pot.

*Amount of water (about 300ml for 8g)

②Put the dashi pack into a pot filled with water.

(In this example, assume that 8g is put in a bag.)

③ Close the lid and bring to a boil. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low.

④ Cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. (5 minutes is enough.)

⑤ Turn off the heat and let it steam for about 5 minutes. (You don't have to steam it)

★You can also use a dashi pot!
