The fish flakes are made from Ushibuka, Kumamoto Prefecture, and kelp from Hokkaido. It is characterized by a mellow soup stock. It's a soup stock pack so it's easy to enjoy.

【raw materials】
Flavor ingredients (Kakuchi sardine flakes (domestic production), sardine flakes, mackerel flakes, Muneta flakes, kelp) glucose, salt/seasonings (amino acids, etc.)

[How to make]

①Pour about 300ml of water into a pot and add 1 packet of dashi soup.

② Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low.

③ Cook on low heat for about 5 to 10 minutes. (*About 5 minutes is enough)

④ Turn off the heat and let it steam for a few minutes (about 5 minutes. *You don't have to steam it)

★If you cook without a lid, the water may boil and become spicy.

★Even if you use a dashi pot, the flavor will come out well.

[Application]

Naniwa's Shirodashi is a mellow soup stock. We use dried sardine as a base and blend fish flakes. This is a popular item with a deep richness and flavor that is not found in liquid white soup stock. This is a rare product that is made from a soup stock pack. Recommended for miso soup, hot pot, etc.
