 【raw materials】
 Flavor ingredients (Muneda flakes (domestic production), mackerel flakes, dried sardine flakes, sardine flakes, kelp, shiitake mushrooms) salt, sugar, powdered soy sauce (contains soybeans and wheat)/seasonings (amino acids, etc.)
 [How to make]
 ①Pour about 300ml of water into a pot and add 1 packet of dashi soup.
 ② Cover the pot and bring the water to a boil. Once it boils, reduce the heat to low.
 ③ Cook on low heat for about 5 to 10 minutes. (*About 5 minutes is enough)
 ④ Turn off the heat and let it steam for a few minutes (about 5 minutes. *You don't have to steam it)
 ★If you cook without a lid, the water may boil and become spicy.
 ★Even if you use a dashi pot, the flavor will come out well.
 [Application]
 Naniwa's bonito stock has a strong flavor. Therefore, if you use it with the specified amount of water, there is no need for seasoning. On the other hand, for dishes that require seasoning, such as miso soup, add more water.
