基本のお出汁の作り方

❶Pour 300ml of water and 8g of dashi stock into a pot. (In the case of soup stock packs, one pack is 8g.)

❸火を止めて5分ほど蒸らします。お急ぎの場合は蒸らさなくても問題ございません。

❹基本のお出汁の完成です!
(出汁パックは取り出してください。)

●Adjust the amount of water and soup stock, and cooking time depending on your cooking and preferences.
●You can enjoy a different taste by adding mirin or light soy sauce to your taste. Enjoy the taste of the soup stock as it changes depending on the ingredients.
●This product can be taken out after the soup stock is made and used again as a second stock.
